Welcome to our July 2011 Change Control eNews. I was interested to read recently that during the summer, SAP makes 3,400 tons of ice every night to cool one of its Newtown Square buildings during the day. Interestingly the cost to cool per square foot is almost 50% cheaper than for its other buildings and in just two years, the ROI is already break even. This goes to show that doing things differently can provide substantial returns and effective results.

We hope you enjoy this issue with Rick Porter's article on the 'degree of automation' and a new Tip of the Month by Susan Cannington on saving
Rev-Trac configuration.
